We have agreed with Jackie Whyte at the Rocajuna to put an extra show into the schedule for Tomorrow night (Saturday 26th). So, if you want to be part of the excitement and see this fantastic show. GOLF
Can any golfers out there give me some idea as to how the courses play in this area? I and a group of friends are looking at coming over for a golfing week and want to get some insight. Please let me know what you think.
Do you know about the website www.book-a-t-time.com which lists all the course round here with various deals. The best course is Las Colinas but can be expensive. Most of the others are fine - depends whether you want to go towards Alicante or San Javier.

Abba Girls & Karen Carpenter tribute tour
Awesome tribute to Karen Carpenter is supported by the spectacular Abba Girls (with Abba sing-a-long)
A unique and outstanding tour taking in seven more venues is underway in the Costa Blanca and the shows feature a fantastic Tribute to Karen Carpenter. Jackie Whyte has the exact voice and style of the superstar of The Carpenters who died at such a young age and she will take the audience through all of the songs that Karen's amazing style portrayed so well in the 70s. Jackie, who has been a singing sensation in Ireland for many years says "Karen had one of the most clear voices ever in music and she was simply a legend. I hope to illustrate some of her style as a perform some of her incredible songs".

The show will also feature an incredible performance by the Abba Girls. Made up of Jackie and Jukebox Legends very own Fiona McLean, they will sing the Abba songs you all know and love and they will amaze you as their powerful voices reach the notes and "hit the spot"!! The answer to this depends on how good you are, we have 3 courses in the area with a lot more within 30 min driving and all play very different, I myself like the one at Quesada about 20 min away. I will have a word with a few of the other golfers in the area and get them to post what they think.
