DOES ANYONE HAVE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD THIS YEAR WHEREBY YOUR RENTERS WHO RENT APARTMENTS FROM YOU JUST DECIDE TO LEAVE AND NOT PAY THEIR BILLS OUTSTANDING OR CLEAN THE APARTMENT AFTER THEM. I KNOW OF A COUPLE WORKING IN VILLA MARTIN IN A BAR IN THE PLAZA OR LOS DOLCES CENTER, AND I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOWS THEM, ALEXANDRA DANIELA BADILAS AND HER PARTNER GEORGE LUCIAN TISCA. RUMANIAN COUPLE. LEFT MY STUDIO FILTHY AND NEVER PAID A BILL. 2 WATER BILLS AND 3 ELEC BILLS. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE ABOUT TO BE DENUNCED OR I AM COMING IN THEIR JOB TO TALK TO HER BOSS. THANKS A MILLION. I AM WRITING THIS SO OTHER LANDLORDS CAN BE WARNED OF THIS COUPLE. THEY MAKE A HABIT OF IT.

I am happy to expose these people as they are making a habit of it in other locations, and all in the pl flamence, blue lagoon villa martin area... i only would love to know where they are working, then i would speak with their boss. Too many of these type of people are getting away with robbery, I see it in my eyes, and time wasting , ie. cleaning after them... plus the inconvenience of running around behind them, to try get hold of them and being ignored. Not easy, believe me. I have their address now anyway. I am letting the authorities know that they are in spain, as I think they are not legal. thanks again

We are currently in urgent need of Care Givers & Guardians for the older Children in the home
This is a new concept in Spain of care giving and guardians for these children offering them a place of safety in a loving home teaching them the skills they will need to become very successful young adults living in your homes as part of your family with you providing the education of life skills and giving human compassion something these children probably have never experienced. This does take a special kind of person but the rewards even though not financial are huge and we urge anyone who thinks they would be interested and would like further information on this to please contact us via email [email protected] please note anyone taking part in this scheme will be fully supported throughtout by fully qualified uk social workers in spain
People reading this have probably never heard of K2A. K2A (Kids to Adults) are a new charity, awaiting full registration, who work directly and solely with the director of Elche Childrens Home. K2A have been set up as a result of the discovery, purely by chance, that there is no training or support for the children leading up to the time that they leave the home at 18. There is no system in place to secure their well being and future in society this is where K2A will step in. They will provide training and ongoing support and care for these young people giving them life skills whilst learning the techniques needed to become a successful young adult and not reverting to the old life pattern they have come from. They have arranged instruction at the home for English, Guitar, Dance and Domestic Sciences (Cooking,Shopping, Budgeting, Cleaning etc.). They have also already managed to secure 3 part time positions of work and are looking for more. These position are at The Post Room, Benijofar - La Plaza Cafe, Benijofar and the Impact Charity Shop, La Marina. K2A are also currently looking for local businesses to offer these children, of 16+ years, Saturday work placements. They are so hard working and want to achieve and be a part of society. For those of you who are more familiar with the name of EMAUS, they were providing funding for the home but the contract with them has lapsed and they are no longer involved with them.
K2A does need funds as this is the first of its kind and we are starting from day one to ensure the safety and stability continues to make these children the caring loving young adults they all strive to be but we cannot do this without the help and support from the community here people wishing to make a donation to us may do so by using our Paypal and going to the www.paypal.co.uk and entering the account details [email protected]

This is a charity funday with live entertainment from lots of local acts we have singers dancers zumba display side stalls raffle prizes bbq of which the bar owners will give a euro for every burger sold
so please come sing dance eat with us and give to this wonderful charity
please come and give us your support these kids deserve so much better than they have each one has there own story and i would not want to stand in there place for one minute or spend a second in the life they have had to live we have a chance to make a difference to the way these children live so please come and give a little to make a huge change
