RENTAL DEFAULTERS
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD THIS YEAR WHEREBY YOUR RENTERS WHO RENT APARTMENTS FROM YOU JUST DECIDE TO LEAVE AND NOT PAY THEIR BILLS OUTSTANDING OR CLEAN THE APARTMENT AFTER THEM. I KNOW OF A COUPLE WORKING IN VILLA MARTIN IN A BAR IN THE PLAZA OR LOS DOLCES CENTER, AND I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOWS THEM, ALEXANDRA DANIELA BADILAS AND HER PARTNER GEORGE LUCIAN TISCA. RUMANIAN COUPLE. LEFT MY STUDIO FILTHY AND NEVER PAID A BILL. 2 WATER BILLS AND 3 ELEC BILLS. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE ABOUT TO BE DENUNCED OR I AM COMING IN THEIR JOB TO TALK TO HER BOSS. THANKS A MILLION. I AM WRITING THIS SO OTHER LANDLORDS CAN BE WARNED OF THIS COUPLE. THEY MAKE A HABIT OF IT.
thanks for the reply. I am happy to expose these people as they are making a habit of it in other locations, and all in the pl flamence, blue lagoon villa martin area... i only would love to know where they are working, then i would speak with their boss. Too many of these type of people are getting away with robbery, I see it in my eyes, and time wasting , ie. cleaning after them... plus the inconvenience of running around behind them, to try get hold of them and being ignored. Not easy, believe me. I have their address now anyway. I am letting the authorities know that they are in spain, as I think they are not legal. thanks again
Before you denounce make sure you had a legal let with all your paperwork up to date and your rental agreement signed by both parties, a few do but a lot don't or you will get nowhere...
